Are you sure this is for sale, not rent? I have seen 2 bedroom timeshares that are only available for RENT at $1,500. So with closing costs and all, it would probably be somewhere around 2,000 total and you own it? You can get a 1 bedroom every year or 2 bedroom every other year or 2 weeks every other year in a 1 bedroom, lots of options too..WOW! I don’t think this will last long.

The units at Westgate Lakes are massive. I stayed at this timeshare resort located near Disney a few years ago and I was stunned at home spacious the rooms are. Even when you compare the other vacation ownership resorts in Orlando like Marriott Grande Vista and Hilton Grand Vacations Sea World these units are significantly larger.
